Q: HOW DO I PLACE A CUSTOM ORDER?

A: It’s easy!

  • Send me a message or email with your idea (size, colors, theme, etc.)
  • I’ll confirm details, pricing, and timeline
  • Once approved, I’ll get started on your piece

Custom spots may be limited depending on demand.


Q: CAN I REQUEST SPECIFIC COLORS OR THEMES?

A: Absolutely! I can tailor colors, themes, and overall vibe to match your space or vision. Keep in mind all pieces are created in my signature style.


Q: WHAT IS YOUR RETURN / EXCHANGE POLICY?

A: Because each piece is handmade, I do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or there is an issue with your order, please email me at paintingbyamber@gmail.com, and I’ll make it right.


Q: HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

A: At this time, I only ship within the United States.

A: No, my pieces do not come framed. This allows you to style them in a way that fits your space perfectly.


Q: WILL MY ITEM LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PHOTO?

A: Each piece is hand-painted, so slight variations make your artwork one-of-a-kind. I do my best to keep designs consistent with what you see online.


Q: CAN I CANCEL OR CHANGE MY ORDER?

A: Orders can only be canceled or changed within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production may have already begun.
